About Greater Sudbury Modellers Club

Greater Sudbury Modelers is one of three MAAC sanctioned RC model flying clubs in Greater Sudbury. The others are Cambrian RC Fliers and SMAC {Sudbury Model Aircraft Club}. We are a non profit organization devoted to the enjoyment and improvement of the hobby. We have pilots that are experienced in training, scale models, jets and helicopters, 3D and aerobatic flying. We also have many that just like to go out and fly their latest creation for the fun of it. Weather permitting you can find some of us at the field on weekends and some evenings. The field is open 7 days a week for pilots to fly. During the summer months we occaisionally have funflys where eveyone is invited for a day of flying, getting together and to enjoy a BBQ.
